What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve metro Detroit, with travel available throughout Michigan and the USA (additional fees may apply for distances over 50 miles from Romeo, MI). Contact us for exact coverage!

How much does it cost to book GetSnapped?

Accepted Answer

Pricing typically ranges between $550 - $1500 and varies by booth type, duration, location, and add-ons. Most popular packages include unlimited photos/videos, instant digital sharing, custom prints. We always include an on-site attendant for seamless integration. Your event is one-of-a-kind, and we want the element of your photo booth rental to feel just as unique! How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better! Peak seasons (spring/summer weddings, holidays, prom season) and popular dates get reserved quickly, so book soon. On the other hand, sometimes a last-minute party is the best party! Reach out to us and see if we’re available – we would love to help you out if you’re in a pinch.

Do you provide prints, or is it digital-only?

Many packages include high-quality instant prints (4×6 or strip format). We also offer fully digital-only options if you prefer eco-friendly sharing or want to avoid paper waste. All photos/videos are downloadable instantly and shareable to social media.

Can we customize the experience (templates, backdrops, etc.)?

Yes! We offer full customization:
Your event logo, colors, names, wedding hashtag, or theme
Custom filters, frames, GIFs, and overlays

Can I use someone else’s backdrop besides yours?

Accepted Answer

Of course! The talent within the event industry is beyond incredible, and we are all about spreading the love. Ask for our list of preferred vendors for backdrops, arches, entertainment, etc.

What Add-Ons do you offer?

Props: Props are optional these days! Some gatherings are best simply with your best asset – your smile. Other parties come to life with crazy hats and funny mustaches! We also offer customized handheld sign packages to elevate your booth pics (ex: “Team Smith”) and custom neon signs for your backdrop.

How long does setup/takedown take?

It depends on how we have created your booth! Proper setup/takedown time is important to us so that we do not disrupt your event. When we discuss your event details, we will also discuss the timing of your event. We coordinate arrival with your venue to keep things smooth.

Depending on the setting, a generator may also be required. We will discuss logistics with you!

Can you do outdoor events?

Yes, we can set up your photo booth rental outdoors. We require a tent – preferably our own but possibly yours – to help regulate lighting and protect the booth from sun, heat, and precipitation.

Do you require a retainer fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a 50% retainer secures your date. The balance is due no later than one month prior to your event.

How do I book GetSnapped?

Easy! Fill out the inquiry form on our website or message/call us directly. We’ll send a custom quote and contract within 24–48 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event receive a partial refund (minus retainer). Closer to the date, the booking becomes non-refundable. We understand life happens — reach out and we’ll discuss options!

Do you offer packages for small events or short time slots?

Yes! We have flexible options for smaller gatherings, micro-events, or 1–2 hour bookings. Just tell us your guest count and timeframe.

We absolutely try to accommodate you as best as possible! We understand that last-minute parties come up, or you had an amazing idea last night in your dreams to add on a photo booth to your event that’s quickly approaching.
